Fees: Artists are encouraged to pre-register and pay entry fee of $10 by Friday, October 9th,
(walk-ins will be accepted space permitting). Print the entry form and mail to:

Awards: First Place $100, Second Place $75, 3rd Place $50

Entries: Two paintings may be submitted to be judged. The paintings must be created at
Ringwood State Park using plein air techniques between October 1st and October 10th
2 additional pieces may be created and included in our online sale. The RMAA requests
a 20% donation on all sales.
Due to COVID-19, requirements we will not be stamping canvases. We also ask all artists
to wear masks and practice proper social distancing. Artists may bring their own
supplies to mark off an appropriate area to keep visitors at a distance while they paint.
On Saturday, October 10th a limited number of RMAA cones, caution tape, etc. to mark
off their painting area will also be available.

Submission: Paintings can be delivered to the tent by the RMAA Carriage Barn Gallery either Friday,
October 9th between 2pm – 4pm or on Saturday, October 10th beginning at 11am. All
paintings must be returned to the tent by 2:30pm on Saturday, October 10th. Late
entries will not be eligible for awards but may be included in the online sale. Paintings
will be displayed on tabletop easels or standing easels and can be framed or matted, if
desired.
Judging will take place promptly at 3:00pm.

Awards Ceremony: Awards will be presented at 3:30pm.

Removal of Paintings: Paintings may be removed at the conclusion of the awards presentation or left at
the gallery until November 1st, while we present an online viewing and sale of the
entries. The RMAA will arrange deliver of paintings left at the gallery. Pick up is
November 1st from 1pm-3pm, or make arrangements with Leah (973-839-0921) for
other times.
