RECEIVING: Sunday, May 18th – 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
PICK UP: Friday, June 27th – 3:30 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. & Saturday, June 28th 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Prizes: $100 Best in Show
Merit awards in each category will be announced and presented at the awards ceremony.
RECEPTION: June 7, 2025 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
REQUIREMENTS
CATEGORIES: Oil & Acrylic, Watercolor, Mixed Media, Printmaking, Drawing, Pastel, Photography, Sculpture.
Entry Fee: $10 for 3 pieces
Commission: 30%
Framing: Framed as needed and securely wired for hanging. Entries must be professionally presented. Artwork must be properly framed and ready for hanging, complete with appropriate wire hanging support. Prints with taped on wire, string, fishing line, gummed tape hangers, saw-tooth hangers, clip frames etc. will be declined. The hanging committee has the right to decline any work.
Size & Weight: There are no specific size or weight limits. Artists may be asked to help position heavier pieces.

- Due to NJ State Park regulations, we cannot accept any artwork with nudity or suggestive material.
- All works will be handled with care, but neither RMAA nor Ringwood State Park shall be responsible for loss or damage.
- The RMAA and Ringwood State Park do not have a storage area and can not assume liability for unclaimed artwork.
NOTE: Entries Close May 16th 8:00pm EST or when gallery space is filled.
